Most coffee in Brazil comes from Mogiana and Cerrado. Mogiana borders Sul de Minas to the east. It is a region where exceptional batches of sweets can be found. Cerrado coffees are usually fine and clean, with a good body. It is the newest area in Minas Gerais, where coffee cultivation is "only" four decades old, but has been quickly recognized as a reliable, high-quality producing region for various fine and commercial coffees.

Cemorrado Trio is a collection selected from our range of Brazilian fine lots. We chose three distinctive qualities, each with a different and seductive profile. Versatile and solid, the trio will provide the perfect background for any mix. The characters are defined as Sweet, offering sweetness with honey and ripe fruit, Hazelnut with smooth body, with notes of hazelnuts and milk chocolate and Chocolate with its intense aroma of chocolate and full body.

The three qualities of our Cemorrado come from the Cerrado and Alta Mogiana regions and are thus combined in the name of Cemorrado.

CERRADO is the first coffee-producing area in the world to benefit from a "Designated Origin" label - similar to wine. The region has the perfect combination of altitude, flat topography and a blessed climate model with well-defined seasons. Hot and humid summers favor intense flowering and even ripening of the cherry; while dry and warm winters with low air humidity contribute to maintaining the intrinsic quality of coffee during harvesting and processing.

ALTA MOGIANA takes its name from the railway company that contributed a lot to the expansion of coffee in the area. With the right combination of altitude, rich soils and stable climate, Alta Mogiana offers the perfect conditions to grow coffee. With an active cutting strategy, farmers in Alta Mogiana are one of the most productive in Brazil.

Harvest after harvest, we carefully select all three qualities to ensure profile consistency and long-term availability. Cemorado Trio will not disappoint!
