 RETURNS:

 The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he renounces the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 days from the receipt of the product or, in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract.

 For orders paid with the card, the amount will be returned on the same card used for trading, within 3-30 days of accepting the return. The refunded amount will represent only the amount related to the cost of the returned products. The value of the initial shipment is not refundable.

In case of the situation when client and seller agree together that the products received by the client are the wrong products or a products with factory defects, the costs of returning products will be supported by the seller.

 Non-returnable products:

 - Unsealed products;

 - Products that are bumpy or incomplete (without accessories or related documents);

 - Products that have a short shelf life, deteriorate slightly and those that are sensitive to temperature conditions;

 - Products that have the status of ''custom made''.
